Oh man as if the Leggings trend isn’t over yet, Lindsay Lohan has now created her own line of Leggings. Here she is shooting a photoshoot with her models that she handpicked for her line on Robinson Blvd. From tights with knee protectors, tights that shine (AA has already done that bb) and leggings with Zippers. OOOH.
Elizabeth and James is the Olsen Twins new line that is a tad bit inexpensive than their luxury line The Row. Elizabeth and James is named after their siblings. Below are pictures of their Spring line that you can now purchase at ShopBop.com. The pricing is about 150-500. Its still a little bit more pricey than ever and it still has a lot of basics that you can get elsewhere. If you go to the actual Elizabeth and James website you can view their Fall 08 line.
They did create a few fab dresses. These are my picks from the line. I’m a fan of dresses so I posted most of the dresses. The dress above is my favorite, sort of a shorter maxi dress that looks elegant and casual at the same time. The black high waisted shorts are my favorite, it looks sexy, sort of tuxedo like, but again you can find them for way less if you look in the right direction. The last pair of booty shorts are cute but not for their price tag, 250 dollars. Dannng.
M.I.A. (my-ah) the Sri Lankan wonda is set to release a her own clothing line. She got her first start modeling for Marc Jacobs campaign. It looks to me that she’s going to put out wild eclectic colors and designs.
MIA told WWD that she has been currently rocking her own collection of gear . M.I.A’s collection includes bomber jackets, leggings & T-shirts. The collection has been said to featured bold bright hues & graphic prints.
I love EVERYTHING about M.I.A, from her music, to her style, everything. But it seems like her clothing line caters more to the sneakerheads, but i’m sure she’ll make her line her own.
Lauren Conrad has released her Summer in the City line, an addition to her Summer 08 line. Again its alot of basics priced between 100-200 dollars. To me its pretty pricey for basics, but again in her defense the material is of higher quality. Here are some of my picks from her line. More here
Where is this sudden outburst of teen clothing coming from? Ashlee Simpson has now launched her designs for a clothing line at strip mall chain Wet Seal. The clothes include colorful tees that are made to reflect Ashlee’s personality, and her upcoming Album “Bittersweet” which launches the same time the clothes launch…TODAY!
Ah Ashlee, trying to follow in your sisters footsteps again. Starting small is good.
